SDI Facilitator Levels: Benefits & Requirements


As your experience and accomplishments with Relationship Awareness grow, so does your standing with Personal Strengths. When you continue your learning with Certification and go on to reach Master status, you increase your access to exclusive opportunities and resources. Beyond that, Personal Strengths invites select Master Facilitators to become Associates and lead SDI Qualification experiences.

Level 1: SDI Qualified

Benefits: Requirements:

• SDI Facilitation Guide and Relationship Awareness Manual of Administration & Interpretation

• 10% Discount on Facilitator Resources and additional program registrations for 30 Days after becoming Qualified

• $100 product credit for every individual referred into SDI Qualification course

• Individual use of the SDI Qualified logo graphic (shown above) to promote your capabilities as a SDI facilitator.

• Attend a 2-day SDI Qualification Course

Level 2: SDI Certified

Benefits: Requirements:

• All of the above plus:

• 15% Discoiunt on Facilitator Resources and additional program registrations for 30 Days after becoming Certified

• Permanent 15% Discount on Participant Materials for licensed programs (PM, WWC, RI)

• Expanded, exclusive resources on this web site

• Eligibility for subcontract work (no guarantee)

• Eligibility for sales agent agreement (by invitation)

Level 3: SDI Master

NOTE: While Qualified and Certified levels are permanent, Master level facilitators must remain active in SDI facilitating using at least 100 inventories annually to maintain status.

• Permanent 30% discount on future program
licenses (PM, WWC, RI)

• Permanent 30% discount on all train the trainer and related services including programs such as the Relationship Awareness Conference.

training events on Personal Strengths web site (granted at PSP’s discretion)

• Must be SDI Certified

• Obtain a written reference letter from one Client/Internal Stakeholder that highlights impact of your use of Relationship Awareness

AND complete 1 of the following---------------

• Write a comprehensive case study of an application of Relationship Awareness (including the measured outcomes)

• Report on a research project acceptable to PSP

• License one program and provide Level-2 Evaluation data from one course

• Author a book or product carried by PSP

AND complete any 2 of the following---------------

• Author a training application article for use in PSP marketing

• Present at a Relationship Awareness Conference

• Make a Relationship Awareness related presentation to a professional association or conference in the Training & Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.

• Author an original activity or exercise for use in SDIdeas eNewletter and/or a future edition of Activities & Extras for Relationship Awareness.

• Get a Relationship Awareness article published in a periodical

• Author an article that is selected to use in SDIdeas eNewletter



Level 4: Personal Strengths Associate

• Approved to facilitate SDI Qualification courses

• Approved to facilitate train-the-trainer courses of our licensed programs (PM, WWC, RI)
